SUMMARY OF CHANGES

 

CHANGE 1, 1 Jan 2008:  Change indicated paragraphs to read as follows:

 

38.4.1. Except as noted in para 38.4.2, male students shall wear shirts with collars (traditional, turtleneck, etc.) and sleeves.  Students must wear shirts with collars (traditional or turtlenecks) underneath their sweatshirts, jerseys, and sweaters.

 

38.4.2. Approved Kenston Forest School collared or collarless, sleeved shirts (e.g., T-shirts, sweatshirts), may be worn as outer garments with or without a collared shirt underneath.  These school shirts, class shirts, spirit designs, etc., must be approved by the Headmaster.  Other T-shirts, undershirts and tank tops are not permitted as outer garments.

38.5.4.  Blouses and tops designed to be worn not-tucked-in are permissible, but such garments must cover the midriff throughout the student’s standard range of motion in routine school day activities.  Other shirts shall be tucked in, including approved Kenston Forest School T-shirts and other non-fitted tees.

38.11.1.    A male student’s hair shall not extend lower than the bottom of the shirt collar in back and shall not touch the eyebrows in front.  Hair on the side shall not extend lower than the line formed from the corner of the eye to the bottom of the ear.

 

38.11.2.    Male students shall be clean shaven. Beards (including “soul patches’), mustaches, and sideburns below the bottom of the ear are not permitted.
